The Defense Commissary Agency (DECA) is arranging to take commissary goods to Guard and Reserve centers across the United States for regional on-site sales. DECA is reaching out to authorized shoppers who have earned the commissary benefit, but cannot easily travel to a local store to shop on a regular basis.
